Right. She has her e-mail set to delete after 5 days, so the only
other answer would be that coincidentally, there is a 5 day old
e-mail ready to be deleted. But then I would think that the lost
e-mail would still be in the box.

I've told her to downlaoad the latest version of IE. I believe that
should update OE since there are no upgrades to OE. Like I said, I
also asked her to delete the messages immediately and see if that
does it. I believe OE must be reading them as old e-mails, not
retrieving them, then deleting them. I don't know what else it could
be. I've searched the Ipswitch knowledge base and haven't come up
with anything.
