Part the problem is that my email to the domain admins is getting bounced ...
In that case, you should try sending from another address.
and most of the contact numbers for these people at NetSol are old and disconnected.
Then forget about them. If their mailserver is so broken that it is rejecting your mail improperly, and they can't be reached via WHOIS, forget about 'em. There's only so much that you can do.
I have another email server that I can send though. I will start messaging them from there.
Also be sure to use a different return address, since that *seems* to be where they are having the problem.
