One of our ns had a negative response cached for progressivesystems.biz with about 45 left. I am able to query your nameservers now so I flushed the cache and it's now resolving. If our ns don't like talking to each other, you might have to turn your negative ttl way down and your record or minum ttl up.
Their admin is, well, as clueless as the software they are using that is rejecting your E-mail:
progressivesystems.biz. 2656 IN SOA darkmatter.smart-mail.net. admin.smart-mail.net. 2003061812 10800 3600 604800 3600
Your negative TTL is just 1 hour, which means that if they *did* have some problem where they thought your domain did not exist, it would get cleared up after an hour.
