I was able to get ahold of one of the admins of a domain that bounces
our email and we have been tracking the problem.  I am not familiar with Dig
enough, although I am reading up, to determine what these errors are.  This
is one of his responses to me.

One of our ns had a negative response cached for progressivesystems.biz with
about 45 left.   I am able to query your nameservers now so I flushed the
cache and it's now resolving.  If our ns don't like talking to each other,
you might have to turn your negative ttl way down and your record or minum
ttl up.
