I am sure Scott will respond with questions, and you may have already gone
over this, but here are some questions I have to recap:

1. What is the server OS version?
2. What are you using for DNS?
3. After a few minutes, are all those messages setting in the Spool
directory?
4. Can you post some of the logs, or send off list?
5. Are you using Declude, and if so, is there anything in the spool\overflow
directory?
