Also, the debt figure held over LUFC by the HMRC includes some disputed
amount doesn't it?  I cant remember exactly what it is, but Bates said that
HMRC were asking for money which they weren't entitled to for which there
was a precident (Newcastle Utd).

If thats the case, if you take off that amount what difference does that
make to the % HMRC have got already?

It seems ironic that HMRC case against the original CVA was based on the
eligibility of some of the creditor debt when they themselves pumped up
their money owed.
