Also, the debt figure held over LUFC by the HMRC includes some disputed amount doesn't it? I cant remember exactly what it is, but Bates said that HMRC were asking for money which they weren't entitled to for which there was a precident (Newcastle Utd). If thats the case, if you take off that amount what difference does that make to the % HMRC have got already?
