I could make plex86 a GNU project if nobody has major complains about
it. This means that we have to deal with other things, like the GNU
Coding Standards (http://www.gnu.org/prep/standards_toc.html) and
Mr. Stallman and his ideology. Personally, I don't have any problem
with this and would volunteer to take the burden to do it. 

What does everyone else think?
