The job of a leader of a project isn't really to lead--it is to
co-ordinate.  That is what I try to do.  I'm not here to tell people
what to do--I'm here to keep various parties in sync with each other, to
prod people into doing things, to do some development myself, and to
enforce the quality of the code as a whole.

time either, but I do what I can to keep things moving.....
