When she spotted Derek, she slipped out of the room and hurried downstairs
meeting him in the foyer.  "She's got her eyes closed, I don't think she's
sleeping, but that would probably help.  I gave her some Tylenol."


Derek nodded back toward the stairs, already suspecting what it could be
"Let's check on her first, then we'll know what needs to be done."

He caught Alex's expression "You did fine, as usual.  Don't worry."

With that they went upstairs.  When they entered the office, Derek went to
kneel beside Alyssa and gently touched her arm "Alyssa?"

And then it hit again, making him blink as the vision came to him.

He blinked and looked at her as she opened her eyes.
