I also saw that you have >adjusted some mappings... Have you been able to write a TXXX >ALBUMARTIST tag in MP3Tag? > No, it is not possible to write a custom ALBUMARTIST tag in id3 tags, as this is now mapped to store in the TPE2 frame. You can write ALBUMARTIST for other tags, eg. for FLAC files.
You can write to TXXX ALBUM ARTIST, which SBS and Foobar will read. >In the meantime, I am trying to get myself back to a pre 2.46d version >since it worked for what I needed. I have now configured Mp3Tag to write Album Artist to TXXX ALBUM ARTIST, and write Band to TPE2, so I am back to normal. But it is no longer possible to write to TXXX ALBUMARTIST (any old tags you had in there will be loaded into Mp3Tag as if it were in TPE2 (by default named Album Artist now). _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/ripping
