Re: OT maybe: Translation help with localization of a form...

2007-08-16 Thread Albert Bihler

Hi Joe,

here comes the literal translation to German:

Usage Statistic of Selected Solution - Gebrauchsstatistik der
ausgewählten Lösung or maybe Anwendungsstatistik der ausgewählten Lösung

Usage Count - Anzahl Verwendungen or maybe Gebrauchszähler

and Spanish:

Usage Statistic of Selected Solution - estadística del uso de la
solución elegida

Usage Count - número de usos

As I am not familiar with BMCs ITSM Suite other translations may fit
better for the fields purpose.

Kind regards,
Albert

I am in the process of localizing a customized field on the solution
database form on ITSM 7. The purpose of this field is to keep a
counter of the number of times this solution was used from the
Requester Console by end users.

The English title I have chosen for this field is *Usage Statistic of
Selected Solution*.

Would listers with knowledge of the languages below please translate
this into the following languages for me??

1) French
2) German
3) Spanish

Also I would like the translation of *Usage Count*.

I appreciate your help..

Re: AR System Developer Studio Wishlists

2007-08-16 Thread Hugo Visser
Carey,

The manual step now serves as a confirmation that the patch was applied
correctly and makes the replacement of existing functionality explicit.
That's why I don't see it as a problem at the moment. We try to automate
most of our patches using our installer however, so the renaming is not
something a user would do. Automatic rename/overwrite would be very bad in
our scenario as a customer or consultant could have changed standard
workflow. The renaming step makes people aware of the fact that something
has changed, and that any RFCs on that piece of workflow has to be checked.

But I guess we're talking different scenario's here. If you are in a typical
test-acceptance-production migration, the auto rename stuff could be
usefull. But I think it is better solved using good tooling that allows to
create a real patch. That tool would also need rollback functionality etc.

In the current implementation a guide is a container just as a packing
list or application. The uniqueness of the containers should be not only on
the name, but also on the type of the container. That would fix the name
clash issues with guides easy.

 Hugo,

The benefit is that there does not need to be a manual step. If the
software can do the job, then why ask a person to do it?

Fields/forms have internal IDs that are the root of their
function/definition. But these values are not GGUID. They are
localized to the ARS server. ( And their usefulness is limited by that
choice.) If an object is owned by a vendor, then the customer should
only push it aside and implement their own object in it's place. If
that can be done in a way that allows for the new object to be
protected from the vendors patch/installer and allows the
patch/installer to find the vendor's object, then that is what I am
after. And the less I have to do to make all of that happen the
 better.

Furthermore, why does the name actually matter to the function of the
 object?

The only places that I see names as being more useful than GGUIDs
would be to allow the customer to replace an OOB part with a custom
part. Form views and maybe guide names come to mind as the only good
things that I can think of like that. Sure you could argue that
Guides contents should be object name based and not GGUID based, but I
think you would be working to hard to keep the functionality correct
in that case. But having the ability to rename(enable/disable) a guide
and sub in your own (based on name) might be a very good choice for a
customization design pattern for those objects too.

Consuming Web Services

2007-08-16 Thread Darshana Jivan [MTN Network Solutions]
Hi,

I am experiencing a problem when trying to consume a web service and
then do the mappings just to one particular form. When I have loaded the
WSDL and then do the input mappings and then save or click on Modify
Action and then go back to the Mappings, it undoes the mappings and goes
to the corner of my screen like the figure shown in screen shot one.
When I use a different form with the same form properties but different
fields it allows me to map fine and also shows me all the mappings after
it has been saved/modify Action like the screen shot 2. I have however
tested on the client and get the following error message

ARERR [8940] Error during XML definition parsing : Expected entity name
for reference

The preceding message occurred during the execution of active link
MTNNS:ES_conWSDL_NotificationSystem_Email Send -- action 1. (ARNOTE

I first thought the form may have been corrupted and so recreated the
form but this issue still persists.

Re: Status of Uninstalling Crystal Reports redistributable files defect

2007-08-16 Thread Wilson, Bruce B
Kelly,

Thanks for replying on this.

I viewed the UserToolReadme file again for patch 003 of
7.0.01

Patch 003 does not address the situation, but the text in
the previous patch information area under patch 002 shows below:

SW00257321

Uninstalling the Crystal Reports redistributable files can cause
corruption to Microsoft Office. The only way to recover is to reload the
operating system.

So...my original post below describes the purpose of patch
002 was to disable the uninstall capability of Crystal Reports (as a
work around).

The appearance of the above text in the UserToolReadme file is an
indication the workaround was done.

But...what about the actual fix, i.e., being able to uninstall the
entire User Tool along with the Crystal Reports redistributables.

What is the status of the actual fix is what I am asking about.

I assumed it would be fixed in the new 7.1 release but I could not find
any information discussing this in recent what's new document for
version 7.1.0

Thanks,

Bruce

**

What is the status of the below issue?

The workaround fix for this issue on 7.0.01 Patch 002 was to disable
uninstalling Crystal Reports redistributable files until the formal fix
is put in place.

I don't see any reference of a formal fix in the recent what's new
document for version 7.1.0

The Disposition of the issue is Verified.

The Resolution of the issue is Fixed.

Bug Number Description

SW00257321 If you selected the Crystal Reports option when you installed
BMC Remedy User 7.x,

uninstalling BMC Remedy User 7.x might cause Microsoft Office 2003 or
Microsoft Visual

Studio to stop working. (If you did not install Crystal Reports with BMC
Remedy User, this

problem does not occur.) If Microsoft Office 2003 or Microsoft Visual
Studio stops working, the

affected computer must be returned to a restore point that predates the
BMC Remedy User

uninstall or reimaged to repair the corruption.

This issue is caused by the Business Objects Crystal redistributable
that is bundled with BMC

Remedy User. The corruption occurs when the BMC Remedy User uninstaller
calls the

uninstall script of the Crystal MSI. BMC Software is working with
Business Objects to resolve

this issue.

In the short term, this issue will be fixed by disabling the Crystal
Reports uninstaller in the

BMC Remedy Action Request System(r) 7.0.01 Patch 002 BMC Remedy User
uninstall script.

But the problem remains in all previous versions and patches of BMC
Remedy User 7.x. In

addition, an entry for Crystal Redistributables still appears in the Add
or Remove Programs

dialog box of the Windows Control Panel. Running the Crystal Reports
uninstaller from that

dialog box or from a previous version of BMC Remedy User 7.x will cause
this issue to occur.

Workaround: Until this problem is permanently resolved, BMC Software
recommends that

you do not uninstall BMC Remedy User 7.x. Instead, install new versions
of BMC Remedy

User 7.x without first removing the currently installed version.

We are waiting on deploying a more recent version of the Windows User
Tool until this problem is fixed.

Any information will be helpful to us.

Thank you,

Bruce Wilson

Table Field Question - Set Fields based on Column

2007-08-16 Thread Shawn Stonequist
Greetings List!

I currently have a table field that, among other things, shows the Entry ID,
and various Target Due times from data in another Form. Using a COLMIN
function, I'm able to set a field with the Next Due Time showing the time
that the next record is due. However, I'd also like to set the Entry ID of
the next record due itself. I'd like to do this from the table, as the
source schema is rather large and is polled once already to create the
results in the table.

Is this possible?

Thx!

Possible Table field Enhancement

2007-08-16 Thread Opela, Gary L Contr OC-ALC/ITMA
Well, I don't think you can already do this, but I could see it coming
in use occasionally. I would like to have the ability to set the
contents of a table using Direct SQL and external(). This way I could
dynamically build a query string, then use external to present it to the
table field. I would like to see Direct SQL as an option in the 'Form:'
field on the Table Property tab in the admin tool. The 'Field on Form:'
and the 'Field as Column' areas would be blank, as they would just pull
the list of fields from your SQL statement. You would enter your SQL
(hardcoded) or the External() function in the current 'Qualification
bar' on the Table Property tab.

They do this functionality with Set Fields. You have the option to
select Direct SQL as an option to choose SQL in the 'Read Value for
Field From:' field instead of choosing a form or the current
transaction. I would like to see this mimicked in a Table field.

I've only needed this twice, and both times have had to identify a
work-around. I don't want to have to create an SQL view in the database
every time I need to work around this.

What is your input? Have you come across a situation where this would be
handy (such as when you need to join two tables)?

Another solution that would have worked for me in the past is if I could
have chosen multiple remedy forms to pull in data to my table, using a
join statement in the 'Qualification bar', and going through the GUI to
choose which fields show up from each form, similar to when you create a
join form.

The reason why I don't just create a join form to start out with is that
in remedy, you cannot create a join form of two view forms, and you can
only create joins of other remedy views. I don't want to have to go out
to the database, create my own non-remedy join of the tables from which
the other views pull from, and then point a view form on top of that
join so that I can access it in a table. Also, this would allow me to be
much more flexible in which data I present in a table. Instead of having
multiple tables layered on top of each other, I can just dynamically
send them their own SQL qualification and use only one table, just
changing the contents it displays based on the user, or based on some
other options the user chooses. This could really eliminate the need for
using multiple table fields in a lot of situations which I've seen.

Open Source at BMC

2007-08-16 Thread Kelly Deaver
BMC has hired a new Open Source Guru, whurley. His name is William Hurley but
he goes by whurley. He is a geek's geek :)

He has a section on the new BMC Developer Network ( developer.bmc.com ). You
can view the Open Source section at -

http://developer.bmc.com/bmcdn/bmcdn/openSource/landing.jsf

I also suggest you who are working on integrating with Atrium CMDB take a peak
at the Downloads section (upper middle of the page). BMC has released a
collection of Open Source CMDB integrations that allow easy incorporation of
inventory data from 3rd-party products including SMS and CiscoWorks among others

In the 'Forums section of the Developer Network, you can have discussion about
open source projects as well. I know many of you used to upload your cool
utilities and freeware applications to the old Remedy Developer Community. You
will now find those oldies but goodies on the BMC Developer Network (Or BMCDN
as some have begun to refer to it). You can now add new ones as well via the
Contributions section under the Resource Center.

Re: Requesting Advice

2007-08-16 Thread Don Simmons
Angelina,

You have opened up a can of worms. I will try to answer one of you questions.
You can have Approvers that have only Read license. They do not require a
fixed or floating in other words. If you want them to be able to view the
changes they will need Infrastructure Change Viewer or Infrastructure Change
Submit depending on your goal. For change you have several Group Permissions
you can give that require license. CM Dashboard User, Infrastructure Change
Config, Infrastructure Change Master, Infrastructure Change Submit,
Infrastructure Change User and Infrastructure Change Viewer. The only ones
that need a fixed or floating license is Config, Master or User. I hope this
helps.

I'd second that.

I've had it happen many times where I open a form, and immediately,
the save button unlocks, and if I close it, it asks me if I want to
save changes, but I made no changes. Most of the time, I'm too
chicken to save it. I'd LOVE to know what it thinks changed.

Re: AR System Developer Studio Wishlists

2007-08-16 Thread Grooms, Frederick W
I think Andrew was talking about the Admin Tool, not opening a form in
the User tool.

One reason the admin tool thinks something has changed is it tries to
check the parent field information (field on a page). The Admin tool
also checks the tab order so if a field was added to a different view on
the form it may want to update the tab order on other views.

2007-08-16 Thread Rick Cook
Rather than just point you to a form, I think it would be a good idea for
you to research how the notifications work in v7 - it's WAY different than
in previous versions, and is important to know. I will give you a hint -
there is ONE filter that sends out everything, and one form in which the
message is formatted. Look at the forms prefixed NTE: and you should be
able to figure it out.

Re: Possible Table field Enhancement

2007-08-16 Thread L. J. Head
First off I agree with you...it would be nice to be able to do this...but
one of the complications associated with this is the fact that columns in
tables use field ID's...those field ID's are used for things like colsum and
such and wouldn't be available in these 'dynamic' tables. The only thing
you would be able to do with these dynamic tables would be to display
information...you wouldn't be able to interact with any of the data in any
way because none of the columns exist and you wouldn't be able to write
workflow against the nonexistant columns. I agree and have come across
several instances where this type of thing would have been useful...but with
my 'problem' defined...it makes the capability less interesting/useful

Subject: Possible Table field Enhancement

**

Well, I don't think you can already do this, but I could see it coming in
use occasionally. I would like to have the ability to set the contents of a
table using Direct SQL and external(). This way I could dynamically build a
query string, then use external to present it to the table field. I would
like to see Direct SQL as an option in the 'Form:' field on the Table
Property tab in the admin tool. The 'Field on Form:' and the 'Field as
Column' areas would be blank, as they would just pull the list of fields
from your SQL statement. You would enter your SQL (hardcoded) or the
External() function in the current 'Qualification bar' on the Table Property
tab.

They do this functionality with Set Fields. You have the option to select
Direct SQL as an option to choose SQL in the 'Read Value for Field From:'
field instead of choosing a form or the current transaction. I would like to
see this mimicked in a Table field.

I've only needed this twice, and both times have had to identify a
work-around. I don't want to have to create an SQL view in the database
every time I need to work around this.

What is your input? Have you come across a situation where this would be
handy (such as when you need to join two tables)?

Another solution that would have worked for me in the past is if I could
have chosen multiple remedy forms to pull in data to my table, using a join
statement in the 'Qualification bar', and going through the GUI to choose
which fields show up from each form, similar to when you create a join form.

The reason why I don't just create a join form to start out with is that in
remedy, you cannot create a join form of two view forms, and you can only
create joins of other remedy views. I don't want to have to go out to the
database, create my own non-remedy join of the tables from which the other
views pull from, and then point a view form on top of that join so that I
can access it in a table. Also, this would allow me to be much more flexible
in which data I present in a table. Instead of having multiple tables
layered on top of each other, I can just dynamically send them their own SQL
qualification and use only one table, just changing the contents it displays
based on the user, or based on some other options the user chooses. This
could really eliminate the need for using multiple table fields in a lot of
situations which I've seen.

Re: Possible Table field Enhancement

2007-08-16 Thread Opela, Gary L Contr OC-ALC/ITMA
Remedy would just have to deal with the columns. Give them generic
column ids. Whenever you select a row, click on a button, then you
should be able to reference the row by the value in the row you clicked
on. It should act just as it does now.

You could display to the manager a list of tickets pending his/her
approval. The manager select the ticket she/he wants to approve,
approves it, then your workflow fires based on the request id column.
Remedy should be able to take care of the column IDs by assigning
generic column IDs if it needs to.

Thankfully, that part isn't up to us :) It's just our job to define a
need, and theirs to define a solution.

Re: Requesting Advice

2007-08-16 Thread Ben Cantatore
Don answered your licensing question, I'll take the one about Oracle /
Linux. I've been working in a Unix / Linux environment for the last 10
years. So while I haven't had recent experience with window's platform, I
think what I have to say on the subject is still true.

Installing, administrating on Windows is probably easier than Linux,
especially if this is your first time. When you install Remedy on a Linux
server there are a lot of gotchas. For example you have to have all your
environmental variables are setup correctly, failure to do that will
result in loss of sanity. :) The install scripts are not consistent from
one app to another. Then there's the question of root/ nonroot
installation.
All that aside, once you have a Linux server up and running I think its
fairly stable, fast and scalable.

So if you go the Linux route, make sure you have a good knowledgeable SA
(Systems Admin) to assist you and between the SA, ARList you should be ok.

Oracle you're already familiar with so no need to expand on that.

Angelina,

You have opened up a can of worms. I will try to answer one of you
questions. You can have Approvers that have only Read license. They do
not require a fixed or floating in other words. If you want them to be
able to view the changes they will need Infrastructure Change Viewer or
Infrastructure Change Submit depending on your goal. For change you have
several Group Permissions you can give that require license. CM Dashboard
User, Infrastructure Change Config, Infrastructure Change Master,
Infrastructure Change Submit, Infrastructure Change User and
Infrastructure Change Viewer. The only ones that need a fixed or floating
license is Config, Master or User. I hope this helps.

We are in the process of upgrading our system. We are currently running
AR server 6.0.1 with Oracle 9i on a Windows 2000 server. We are upgrading
to the latest version in Remedy with Oracle 10g. I have a few questions:

Does Remedy run better with Oracle 10g on Linux? what are the
pros and cons?

How does the licensing work on Change Management do we need a
license for each person that will be approving tickets?

Discovery Tools or LANDesk? which works better, integrates
better? What are the pros and cons?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!! Thank you so much for your help!

 Hi Katherine,

I'm not sure if you ever got this resolved, but Kelly and Christopher
are right. You have to find the SHR:Assignment form and remove the
orphan record from there. You mentioned that you could not find the
form. There are a few possible reasons for this.

 1. You are logging into Remedy User via an application Shortcut and
this form is not included in the application. In that case, it may not
appear in your object list. If this is the case, try logging into Remedy
 from the Start/Programs Menu.
 2. Someone may have defined an Alias on the form view, with a name
other than SHR:Assignment. In the Admin Tool, open the
SHR:Assignment form, and go to the view properties (Form/Current
View/Properties). From there, click on the Aliases and Labels tab,
and see what name is there (if any). Look for that name in the object
 list in the User tool.

Once you find the form, I would perform the following Advance Search
using the Group ID that the user belongs to:

 'Group ID+' = GroupID

This should return all members of that group, and you should also see
the orphan record that you need to delete.

Re: OT maybe: Translation help with localization of a form...

2007-08-16 Thread Joe D'Souza
Albert, Pedro

First of all thank you for your inputs..

Ok here is the thing. I have created a field to keep a counter of the number
of times a solution from the PBM:Solution Database form has been consumed by
a Requester from the Requester Console to directly solve his problem while
reporting an incident. So everytime a user creates an incident and finds a
solution to it in the solution database and uses the solution, I increase
the counter of the number of times the solution has been used by 1.

So when viewing the solution from the table field, there is a read only
visible counter of the number of times the selected solution was used giving
the user a statistic of the number of times the solution was used
previously. So that in English is the 'Usage Statistic of Selected
Solution'.

The field in which this counter is stored in the solution database is called
'Usage Count'.

I hope this helps those who can help me with the translation to better
understand what I need as labels to these 2 fields..

Regards

Re: Possible Table field Enhancement

2007-08-16 Thread Joe D'Souza
This is something that I had written here as well as I remember writing an
RFE for long long ago.

A workaround to what you would like to do is creating a view form and a
table field on that view form. The view form could be a table view with
exactly the SQL that you want. However this would not work if you were to
require an SQL to be dynamically generated based on workflow. In that case
it does look like we do need the table field idea to be extended to the
output generated by select.

  **
Well, I don’t think you can already do this, but I could see it coming in
use occasionally. I would like to have the ability to set the contents of a
table using Direct SQL and external(). This way I could dynamically build a
query string, then use external to present it to the table field. I would
like to see Direct SQL as an option in the ‘Form:’ field on the Table
Property tab in the admin tool. The ‘Field on Form:’ and the ‘Field as
Column’ areas would be blank, as they would just pull the list of fields
from your SQL statement. You would enter your SQL (hardcoded) or the
External() function in the current ‘Qualification bar’ on the Table Property
tab.

They do this functionality with Set Fields. You have the option to select
Direct SQL as an option to choose SQL in the ‘Read Value for Field From:’
field instead of choosing a form or the current transaction. I would like to
see this mimicked in a Table field.

I’ve only needed this twice, and both times have had to identify a
work-around. I don’t want to have to create an SQL view in the database
every time I need to work around this.

What is your input? Have you come across a situation where this would be
handy (such as when you need to join two tables)?

Another solution that would have worked for me in the past is if I could
have chosen multiple remedy forms to pull in data to my table, using a join
statement in the ‘Qualification bar’, and going through the GUI to choose
which fields show up from each form, similar to when you create a join form.

The reason why I don’t just create a join form to start out with is that
in remedy, you cannot create a join form of two view forms, and you can only
create joins of other remedy views. I don’t want to have to go out to the
database, create my own non-remedy join of the tables from which the other
views pull from, and then point a view form on top of that join so that I
can access it in a table. Also, this would allow me to be much more flexible
in which data I present in a table. Instead of having multiple tables
layered on top of each other, I can just dynamically send them their own SQL
qualification and use only one table, just changing the contents it displays
based on the user, or based on some other options the user chooses. This
could really eliminate the need for using multiple table fields in a lot of
situations which I’ve seen.

  Thanks,

Greetings List!

I currently have a table field that, among other things, shows the Entry ID,
and various Target Due times from data in another Form. Using a COLMIN
function, I'm able to set a field with the Next Due Time showing the time
that the next record is due. However, I'd also like to set the Entry ID of
the next record due itself. I'd like to do this from the table, as the
source schema is rather large and is polled once already to create the
results in the table.

Is this possible?

Thx!

Re: Possible Table field Enhancement

2007-08-16 Thread Joe D'Souza
It might take a bit of development effort to incorporate that in but I don't
really think its impossible to allocate columns for the output generated by
select. In the same way as it was done for setting fields using SQL and the
use of $1$ etc from SQL column results.

The table field could be built off another table like is done when using
dynamic table fields, and then on selection of SQL as an option for the
table to fetch the columns from, assign values for each column of the table
field created.

  Thanks,

2007-08-16 Thread Kelly Deaver
Kevin,
It has been a while since I worked with EIE 5. I do know that on the Field
Mapping it should be - AssetLifecycleStatus = constant|3

Also,Look at your delete tab on the mapping. Are you doing a hard delete
(choose button Delete Row) or setting the AssetLifecycleStatus to 6 (Update Row
to indicate Delete)? Maybe you have something weird there.

Another thing to do. Turn on SQL logging and see what is happening on the AR

In my data mappings I am pulling data from SMS to CMDB. In all my mappings,
I am trying to pass the Status field (7). My mapping is AssetLifecycleStatus
constant|3. In my log files it gives me an error, Delete Mapping Error
for AssetLifecycleStatus (id: 0) I have also tried AssetLifecycleStatus
 constant|Deployed, AssetLifecycleStatus constant|3, and
 AssetLifecycleStatus constant|Deployed.

If I remove the mapping, the exchange works fine and the default of ordered
is set on the record. Is this a bug? Has anyone come across this? It
appears from the log file that EIE is translating the DB ID as 0 instead of
 7.

Re: Table Field Question - Set Fields based on Column

2007-08-16 Thread Thilo Stapff
You might implement a table loop guide. This guide would contain a
single Active Link that does something like the following:

Run If: 'Next Due Time' = 'tmp_colmin'
Action 1: Set Fields from current screen
'tmp_entry_id' = 'column_entry_id'
  Action 2: Exit Guide

This method might be too slow if the table contains a large number of rows.

I currently have a table field that, among other things, shows the Entry ID,

that the next record is due. However, I'd also like to set the Entry ID of
the next record due itself. I'd like to do this from the table, as the
source schema is rather large and is polled once already to create the
results in the table.

Is this possible?

Joe, in IMHO a native Spanish or bilingual speaker will understand the
follow sentence.

La solución seleccionada se ha usado [Usage Count] veces

What it means is: Selected solution had been used XXX times.

I know this not your original sentence meaning, but is more like we, the

First of all thank you for your inputs..

Ok here is the thing. I have created a field to keep a counter of the
number of times a solution from the PBM:Solution Database form has been
consumed by a Requester from the Requester Console to directly solve his
problem while reporting an incident. So everytime a user creates an incident
and finds a solution to it in the solution database and uses the solution, I
increase the counter of the number of times the solution has been used by 1.

So when viewing the solution from the table field, there is a read only
visible counter of the number of times the selected solution was used giving
the user a statistic of the number of times the solution was used
previously. So that in English is the 'Usage Statistic of Selected
 Solution'.

The field in which this counter is stored in the solution database is
 called 'Usage Count'.

I hope this helps those who can help me with the translation to better
understand what I need as labels to these 2 fields..

Attachment fields and d/b

You will need to use the remedy api to write the binary data to a
remedy attachment field.

Two approaches off the top of my head:

Use the native .net/sybase to store the data in whatever native format
sybase uses to store binary data, then either write something
triggered in the view form/ticket creation to use the remedy api to
retrieve the attachment from the db,

Use the remedy .net api to store the write the binary data into an

Can you elaborate a little more on the first option? What I have understood

1. Allow .NET to store the value in whatever form is being stored in the db.
2. When this value is in the d/b, use the remedy api to retrieve the
attachment from db and pass it to attachment data type field on the form.

Is my understanding correct? In case yes, can you let me know some details

Hi Nisha,

I would suggest that, first you can extract all the attachments from
your GUI to the OSand before you do it you would want to replace the
name of the attachments with the request ids of the corresponding
tickets.
Then you can have a staging table in your database with the ticket ids
and the attachment names.
FTP the attachment to the server OS
move the attachment information from the staging table to the main
remedy form where you'd want to have the final data. There keep a field
for having attachment names.
Then create a filter with action PERFORM-ACTION-ADD-ATTACHMENT
field_ID [file_name] with field id as the field in the
form...and the file name(the file name with the complete path in the
server where you'd FTPed them.

Thts it
