Larry, I have never used Epicor and am very intrigued by it. I thought you needed to take it daily to avoid illness, but I didn't think it was helpful once you were ill. It is a trace mineral though so not a lot is needed. It enhances uptake and utilization of Calcium and Magnesium. I agree that for people herbal sources make more sense. Besides whole grains one of the best food sources for silicon is onions, particularly when eaten raw or lightly cooked. Definitely makes hair and fingernails grow stronger and faster. Praps you didn't take enough...For most issues I make a 250-300ml batch in the morning and consume it IMMEDIATELY, then make another late in the evening and consume that IMMEDIATELY which hits it in a big way with high ionic silver content. Not getting involved with efficacy of ions over particles though...it's just what I do, haven't had a cold or flu since beginning my daily maintenance program but I'd do the same if I got the hint of a cold or flu without hesitation, and do it til resolution is evident before cutting back and reverting to normal stabilized EIS. Lung issues I'd breath a spray in as hard as possible to get it right in there. I've got the plans in place...all I need now is the bug but can't seem to catch it no matter how much I expose (bad word choice) myself to people with it, or the elementsg, praps one day. N. In the years since during the winter months I've had cold symptoms a good few times but CS has always come to the rescue and by morning all has been well. There has been a couple of times when my symptoms lasted a couple of days and I was left wondering if I'd caught a flu bug and not just an ordinary cold. At no time did I have take any time off work but did feel a bit washed out in the evenings. We're just (hopefully) coming to the end of our winter down this a way and up until last Sunday I could have reported all the family had remained cold and flu free. The dreaded swine flu has been doing the rounds of the area so when I awoke Sunday morning with ' the symptoms' I got a little concerned. Have spent the last four days, including Sunday, treating myself with CS, increased iodine intake, MMS and Liposomal C. Can't say I would have taken time off work but was dammed glad I am retired so could take it easy. Appetite was affected as was sleep all topped of with head and body aches. Last night (Wednesday) I slept well and woke up feeling fine this morning. Drove into town for weekly shop and a coffee returning home early afternoon for lunch. It's now 4pm and I still feel tip top so hopefully it's all behind me now. All this leads up to the question - seeing as how CS is so good at dealing with colds and the flu etc just how is one to tell what one may have. When one has a cold and deals with it with CS how will we ever know if it was just a cold or something much worse? Anyone got any ideas? Best wishes to all, Roger B NZ P.S. Unfortunately CS doesn't seem to deal with the cough. We have always taken it here when we have picked up colds or viruses from other people, and it does lessen the symptoms and shorten the duration, but it doesn't just wipe it out. As there is no cure for colds I suppose if it did, we would all be millionaires! I don't know what the MO is for coughs so if I did, I suppose it would explain why CS doesn't stop it. Nope, nor last year or the year before. Year before that, maybe twice and lasted for a couple of days and never got very bad...no biggie. I did get an eye infection [staph] that I got CS to, too late, last summer. CS slowed it down, but didn't quite do the job. Wound up with a 31 tooth toothache on a weekend and bleeding sinuseswas seriously considering the 12 gauge cure for a while there if I hadn't had some leftover opiates I didn't use before then. Penicillin knocked off what was left. Hi Trem, If inclined, you may have an environmental house inspector in your area who can run some tests to investigate the possible mold issue and its severity. Some of the worst molds, I have read, are not as visible as we'd expect but can cause severe health problems from A to Z which can go undiagnosed or misdiagnosed for years if not addressed at the root by a physician with a background in this area. Hopefully, this is not the situation in your case. Hi Leslie, Nebulizing and drinking CS helped me last spring with the pneumonia research I did. Lypo-CS is another possibility for research. A solution of 50% each of CS/3%H2o2 put in ears till bubbling stops while laying on side is another thing people have done in their research. The iodine might help. I also had been advised to try iodine and I put it off till about a month ago. I now use Lugol's daily and have cut back on my use of EIS because the iodine seems to be working for me. I don't know if it will help a cough though. . One other change I have noticed is my whiskers turning from grey to black. Still seems odd to me when I look in the mirror. Steve, I use Lugol's ( still the old 10%) and put 5 drops IN my EIS 2 oz. as a mouthwash and gargle every morning. The first little bit I spit out, the rest of it gets drunk. No one in my family, me, my wife, daughter and husband, her 3 children or my son. All are taking D3, and if it feels like something coming on, EIS ( CS ). That includes both flu and colds. So i took a couple of immune builders i had bought from VitaCost.com last Summer. One capsule of EpiCor #NSI3006991 and one of Immune Booster. I have not found CS alone to be enough to keep me from getting the flu or get me over it when I do get it. That is why I keep other flu remedies but also use my CS. I think it works great with DMSO in a nebulizer for lung stuff and is a good way to get it to the blood stream although you can't take in as much as you would be able to drink, it is going directly to the blood with a nebulizer. Orally I would mix it with at least 10% DMSO to achieve better tissue distribution. Coughing is a hallmark of H1N1, some run a high fever too although not all. Older people tend not to run as much of a fever. But some of them do. Pneumonia is what most people die from that get the flu. With H1N1 the reason more young people die is that they produce more cytokines which causes fluid in the lungs ~ in H1N1 they are warning about Cytokine Storms. Some amount of cytokines are good. My niece was taken to the hospital with it, she is 20, they kept her there five hours, on oxygen and sent her home with oxygen so she could breathe. Dear Trem, The problem with mold on sheetrock is that 1. the most extremely toxic variety of fungus is in the gypsum, and when there is a stain from wet sheetrock, it is fairly certain to be a bad variety. That would be stachy... and some people do not seem to be very affected by it. Some of us, though seem to be genetically lacking some enzyme or another that removes that type of toxin from the body, and it builds up, wreaking havok. So she could be affected and you not. Most house inspectors may not be very useful, as there are no good tests to prove a stachy colony unless you can see it and pick it up with some tape. Since it is anaerobic, it is often not in plain sight. In my house, it was on the other side of the tile in the shower stalls- the anaerobic side. It was completely hidden, and yet the toxins it was releasing nearly killed me. We did get it remediated, but not with the help of the experts- there is so much misinformation; and even well meaning people can have VERY incomplete info on what to do about it. It took us some trial and error before we had it beat. About the flu- I had some nasty awful flu last winter, the CS seemed to make it worse. My son 23, just got the flu, high fever, body aches, bad cough. He did a fair amount of cs and it did help. He was only on his back for one day, but was sick for about a week, + or -. Maybe 4 years ago I got a flu vaccine variation (a couple of drops under the skin of the forearm), but it was to see if my immune system was functioning or not from the mold exposure. But the doc said it would also confer immunity to that variety of flu for life. It was also not the thimerosol preserved one, his had to be in the fridge. The doc that was linked to in a previous post has done some good work in that area. I have not read his remediation book, though, maybe it came out after I was done. Put a box fan in the basement so there is constant air circulation to dry out the sheetrock. You don't really know what is behind it if you have not looked. But if there is any at all on the front you need to control the humidity with moving air. Flu is peaking here in Texas. I have not had it and will not take the vaccine. I am taking D3 8,000 iu and Low Dose Naltrexone 0.5 mg. Have Olive Leaf, Coconut Oil, Elderberry Extract and Oregano Oil/ Extract Combo from Herb Pharm on hand. OLE is one of the best remedies in my experience if taken in sufficient amounts. I prefer to boil up the leaves for 5 minutes and drink with lemon and honey, easier to digest that capsules which upset my stomach. Also with the lung component I plan to nebulize DMSO 20% with EIS, DMSO is good at drying tissues out when there is excess fluid. It's now 4pm and I still feel tip top so hopefully it's all behind me now. All this leads up to the question - seeing as how CS is so good at dealing with colds and the flu etc just how is one to tell what one may have. I put two handfuls, maybe a packed cup of cut and sifted dry leaves into about four cups of water, boil and cover, simmer for five minutes and let sit for another five or ten, drink a cup and pour the rest up to sip on thoroughout the day if I am sick. And I add plenty of lemon and honey because it is some what bitter. But tolerable with the additions. Capsules and tablets made me a little nauseous. There are tinctures but I have never used them. DMSO tincture could be used topically or would probably kick a$$ orally. I think Doug uses 1 part water to 4 parts DMSO for a DMSO extraction, and probably lets it brew for at least two weeks. I use a couple handfuls to about 4 cups of water. Boil five minutes. You want it strong if you are sick. Not sure if it is cheaper than tincture, I paid $12 a pound from Starwest Botanicals. I don't care for alcohol tinctures if I can make my own tea so I just keep the leaves on hand. I have taken up to 750 mg in capsules every hour or two with a really bad case of flu, I was delirious and had fever blisters on my mouth, the nerve to my eyes from my mouth was throbbing so I was not messing around. I did that for a day and then cut back to every three or four. Also took Lomatium St John's Wort compound from Herb Pharm. The OLE caps make my stomach hurt but if its all you can find then I guess you could make a tea from them however I don't know if it is the same so would probably just swallow the caps and do something to quell any nausea. I either have the flu or pneumonia. Am beginning to feel better but have coughed myself silly, sore throat, and one blocked ear. Sinuses have bothered me for a month but kept up with the CS. That is all I have taken besides cough drops. I was not prepared for this and sure won't go looking for leaves. LOL I have been rather disappointed that the CS didn't knock it out as I drank a lot all through the day. Sprayed my face,nose, ears and throat. It's the cough that has been the worst. Did spit up some blood. Oh, Roger mentioned taking some Iodine along with CS. Would that help me?? I have some here. Oh, the mold problem mentioned, there is a solution. Get a spray bottle and mix 3/4 Hydrogen Peroxide with rest water and spray away. Got this info from a man who helped with the FEMA trailers. I can't help it if people think this is conspiracy stuff. I hate to think you are going to find out the hard way that it is ALL very real, the forced vaccinations are not far off. We all have our own arsenal at home to beat the flu one way or another. Too many are unaware though that the vaccinations are going to mandatory and they are not something you can beat with your own home remedies. Just caught a news blip on way out of house this morning. They said new Flu was missing an Amino Acid same as some other Flu we have had before, they Said this may mean some have a resistance to the new Flu. I looked but have seen nothing further yet. Bob

Well we should be clear that Obama was not on that plane, because it was only a replica of Air Force One, because they have like at least 3 Air Force Ones, but President Barack Hussein Obama was not on that plane, although maybe he was if he lied about it. Also, we should all recognize the fact that Hollywood most definitely uses PsyOpps in their films and television-shows, like in March 2001 when FOX aired their pilot-episode of The Lone Gunmen which involved conspiracy-theory people discovering a plot by their own American-Government to stage an attack with an airliner, and they discover later while they are flying aboard that very plane that it is headed for the World Trade Center. Before they make that flight though, the Senior conspiracy-theory guy tells his own Junior son the precise reasons for why the government would need to execute this horrific scheme. I bet alot of you on this list did not know this show existed, cuz I never knew anything about there being a show chillingly depicting 9/11 before the event actually hapened in reality. Hey S-Max, no I do indeed know about the Receipt Of Notificationz, alot of people use them to be able to now when their messages have been read, and I can only have it either on or off, I can't pre-select whom I want to use it for and whom not to use it for. The receipts are not required at all, you can just simply click on No, or you can change your settings to always accept them automatically or to always decline them automatically. The kill rate has to be faster than the replication rate. A reduction in severity and duration is the best that can happen...but you don't know how severe it would have been had you not. Ok, I got the flu. I had been increasing my silver intake by jumps, but it still didn't seem to do anything to this flu. Funny, it has worked on everything else. My warchest includes: 1 CS (works best when taken as a preventive BEFORE exposure, as a prophylactic). Take in large quantities (glassful) if trying to get rid of something. 2 Hydrogen peroxide in the ear (eyedropperful, 3%(three) drugstore variety) for 5 minutes each ear. 3 MMS (activated or not activated) Nothing has ever stood up to these. Hi Wayne, It started with a general feeling of malaise on Sat, and I started upping my silver intake to a glassful. The next am, I took another shotglassful, had some breakfast, then was hit with chills and fever for the next about 36 hours. Somewhere along the line it moves into the chest, though for me not bad. A few days ago the aches started- hips and low back, bad enough to wake me up at night for 2 days running. It has been 6 days. I am up and around for some hours today and yesterday, but back to resting afterwards. The fever has been gone for a couple of days, now I just have a small chest congestion and very achy back and hips. Same for me most of the time, the silver knocks it out straightaway, a day at the most. This is some bug. I remember others writing about this one, but could not find the info. I am wondering a bit if the silver may be a partial help, or maybe a hindrance. If this is a flu, and if it strikes worse on strong immune systems, and the silver creates a strong immune system, then maybe me wolfing down alot of silver water may have made it worse. It sure did not seem to do *any* good, but perhaps it did, hard to say. Maybe I should just take some aspirin and be patient. Over two weeks ago I had something that started with headache, sore throat, then waves of queasiness for a few hours the next a.m. Then it changed to a head cold with some chest congestion. For two days I felt like a train had run over me. I nebulized with colloidal silver a few times and I think that may be why my nose stuff was always totally clear. Every other cold I've ever had, it was green. My head never got as blocked off as it used to get when I didn't know about CS. But, the cold lasted at least a week, and I still cough a few times at night. My daughter in law got the same thing nine days later but she had a fever and barfed a couple times the first day. I just refuse to do that! lol I think colloidal silver has to help ; anything that can get rid of some of the germs would reduce the load on the body. Kathryn We both got exposed to the flu on Christmas Day gathering. Such a nice present. We both came down with it and then seemed to get better. Didn't last long and mine came back with a vengence. Lots of congetion in the chest and head. I was using silver and gallium to treat. Think it got close to pneumonia. My chest has finally cleared but still have the head congestion/snotty nose. It could be the weather that we aren't used to here in the south. The silver didn't seem to hit this one for us either. Just waiting for warm weather to get outside and bake it out. Hi Kathryn, It was about two weeks, and tailed off, rather than finally I woke up one morning and realized it was over. It was about as bad as I've ever felt the flu; for the first three days I wondered if this was going to put me in the hospital. I still have phlegm from it, or perhaps another milder bug snuck in under cover and is still in there. There have been heavy chemtrails around here and in my worse moments I wondered if they were poisoning me. A few acquaintances got it too, and also were impressed with how vicious it was. I spent the day yesterday with my sister that was born in 1929. I was telling her the neighbors names, describing houses, ect before I started to school, because we did not live in that area when I started school. I prefer not to get colds and flu in the first place. So I use CS in ways that prevent aquiring them. Easy to prevent, difficult to get rid of once the virus has taken hold. indi, I have found that MMS is quite effective against the flu as well as the common cold. I asked this question before on some list. I got no answer. Possibly they thought I was kidding or trying to confuse the works. Honestly, I do not know. How do you feel if you have the flu? What are the symptoms and how can you know you have the flu ? Surely I would remember it if I ever had the flu. Once I was very, very sick. I had a high fever and was out of my head a few days. One genius doctor said I had a strep infection at that time. That was 47 years ago. Maybe that is when I got the brain damage. Not sure. I spent the day yesterday with my sister that was born in 1929. I was telling her the neighbors names, describing houses, ect before I started to school, because we did not live in that area when I started school. I told her some of her old friends names, their husbands name, and which ones walked with a limp. All this had to happen when I was about 6 or 7 years old. And some less than 6 I asked here, did she know anything I ever forgot? I must have forgot something, but I do not remember what. Wayne All my tag lines are in my head. Yes, Dee suggested it and I sprayed cs in my nose about 3 times last night, and felt far better when I went to bed. Plus I used the hydrogen peroxide in ears. Amazing. I will do it again today. I take a pro-biotic supplement plus I have a declicious organic yogurt every morning with breakfast. But I will forego the milk products until I recover from this flu. This flu is vicious. Check if you are overly acidic. This can cause your body to be hospitable for a virus.
