Jason, I found a couple of things to take note of: 1) WS NAME--Take a look at the actual WSDL web page towards the bottom. Remedy adds Service to the end of the Web Service you created. So if you named your web service: JASON_WEBSErvice The URI would actually be: JASON_WEBSErviceService

Do you have the environment variables: HTTPS_CERT_FILE, HTTPS_KEY_FILE set up on your machine? I believe they are required for the HTTPS communication. Also, Have you looked at the Mid-Tier Logs to see if they give any more information on the error? I usually use soapUI to test out the

My guess ... your admin thread is being consumed by some other process. AIE Jobs, Recon Jobs, Escalations, SLA engine or something. Try putting the Recon, SLA engines on separate threads and see what happens. You can easily test it by killing one of them and seeing if it lets you in while it

404 is generally a permissions issue, so you were right in checking if you lost permissions to that directory. Since you are using IIS, the directory that those files from the CMC application, should permit the IIS user IUSR_servername to view/create/edit/execute objects in that directory.
