removed and the status of that record is set to Delete, it is never used
again...even if you re-create the same relationship (which creates a NEW
relationship record).

a few of my users get a script error, when the open the homepage in

Any ideas what the reason for that could be?

I found a couple of things to take note of:
1) WS NAME--Take a look at the actual WSDL web page towards the bottom.
Remedy adds Service to the end of the Web Service you created.
So if you named your web service: JASON_WEBSErvice
The URI would actually be: JASON_WEBSErviceService
I'm having problems getting my spreadsheets converted to .csv. I've
created a single record in the People.xls. When I run the Convert CSV
Files from the DMT, the DOS window opens, begins converting the
Company.xls, and hangs. Two windows in Excel open: Company.xls and the
CompanyConvertCSV.
Do you have the environment variables: HTTPS_CERT_FILE, HTTPS_KEY_FILE set up
on your machine? I believe they are required for the HTTPS communication.
Also, Have you looked at the Mid-Tier Logs to see if they give any more
information on the error?

My Admin Thread keeps dying and though the log states that it is
restarted I cannot log into Developer tool or make server setting
changes. Does anyone know of a command to restart the Admin thread
without restarting the entire AR Server service?

Jobs, Recon Jobs, Escalations, SLA engine or something. Try putting the Recon,
SLA engines on separate threads and see what happens. You can easily test it
by killing one of them and seeing if it lets you in while it
