With us and older versions, the form would appear to start to open and present it in white. No other information would be displayed. When a form is opened with the desktop client, form data and work flow is written as ARxAdmin.arv and ARxSy001.arf in a directory associated with the form.

What the errors are saying is that the java classes can not locate the native libraries (.dll files in the case of Windows). I think on Windows the native libraries need to be in the PATH environment variable. On Unix/Linux, the native libraries (.so files) need to be in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH or
