Andrew, 7.5 was the first version to support cert8.db In some cases we were able to get ARS 7.1 to work with the 7.5 LDAP libs in order to have cert8 work on 7.1. It didn't always work and since it's unsupported, we didn't go all out trying. But you may find it not too difficult to use the 7.5
