Avast 5 doesn't seem to even be an issue at this point. Sorry but it sure
looks like to me that we're locked out of it. Believe me I have tried it and

I have accidently maximized my avast program and I can not seem to restore it
to its orriginal size.

Apparently MSSE wanted me to run a scan. I think I forgot to leave my

Becky, when you see that computer is unprotected message in the s ystem
tray, do you click on it to see what it says? Go through the menu and make
sure "real time protection is checked." MSE should alert you when your

You delete them just like you delete any other file. Highlight them in
Windows Explorer and press the delete key to send them to the recycle
bin or shift+delete to send them to oblivion.
