I am running a windows7 32 bit del omniplex10 computer using Jaws 14. Would

I have a 64 bit hp g7 pavillion notebook running win7 home.
The processor is amd with radeon hd T
I hav ben having a lot of issues ith losing speech, jaws saying no focus,
and struggling a lot with using face book. Could this radeon graphics that
is part of the processor be the problem?
I have just installed the program it did a scan it found 2 objects I know
what they are I want it to ignore them I see the button to ignore but how
do you make the selection I am using jaws 13 I can use the jaws curser to

Okay, Angelina. You may need to study the software carefully. However, one
of the scanning options should be that you can choose which kind of file the
information is saved to. One of those options may be .pdf. Normally, you
need a full Adobe .pdf
