I am torn by this. I agree we should have a society where all laws should
be obeyed by everyone, but dammit, this stuff pisses me off. Seems like the

like he was just antsy to use his gun. Self-defence is supposed to be when
you personally are in danger, not when your neighbor had a burglar. If we
were talkng about some tiny toon where the nearest law was an hour away
I think that, if thieves would expect that a neighbor *could* shoot
them, they may re-evaluate how much that TV is worth to them ;)
