Funny were talking about this the other day. Anyone read this? Honestly, I

They came in the front yard with me, man if he's referring to his
front yard, then yeah I have to agree.. If they were on his property
then I believe he has the right. If they were not on his property,
then I can't see the self-defense there. I don't think burglary should
be punishable by death.
I don't think he should get off totally without penalty. It was his
neighbors property, and the police told him to let it go.
He should at least have to take a gun-owners rights course, or pay an
unlawful discharge of a firearm. And maybe an assault charge.
I don't think I want my neighbors to

I don't know about this scenario. It's got a vigilante justice feel

I am torn by this. I agree we should have a society where all laws should
be obeyed by everyone, but dammit, this stuff pisses me off. Seems like the
criminals have more rights than the citizens. What else was he supposed to

I read the transcripts when someone posted the link here. It sounded to me

I think that, if thieves would expect that a neighbor *could* shoot

isnt the goal of any laws to stop offenders?
if so, and this is how this guy did it, why should he be prosecuted?
if in fact they were NOT, then get him, but if they are prosecuted, fuck em.
