Well the CPU is in tight...there is a HUGE rentention clip spring mechanism pressing the fan assembly etc. to the CPU. So...if its in that tight and not 'seated' right its totally fried. And I smelt no smoke or anything. THere's only one way these CPUs can go in I think. I took the memory out, a

DDR is not the same as dual channel. It's really a question of the mobo, not the ram. I don't know for sure about this mobo, but IIRC the server K8T800 support dual channel while the desktop mobos are single-channel. Double check with MSI though for your board. I'm personally not a fan of OCZ. In
