If both interfaces are up and IP forward is on it sounds like you just need
to map a router between interfaces. Try ifconfig /? or man ifconfig. Maybe

alot of spanning tree questions. I didnt know that there were that many
angles that they could hit me from spanning tree. There was nothing on that
test that really tested my troubleshooting. There were alot of ISDN
Personally I'm visually oriented and prefer to see the network drawn out.
Then I add comments if there are any particulars I need to be aware of.
