If you are using HyperTerm (comes with Windows) as many people do, you can use the Capture command. Click Tools - Capture. Make a note of where it will save the file. Do a show config or such on the router, then click Tools - Capture - Stop Capture. This will save a file called CAPTURE.TXT.

I'm not sure this works on ATM interfaces in your environment, but on serial interfaces I've been having wonderful results with CBWFQ/LLQ. This allows you to define multiple classes of traffic and treat them each differently. In our case, I use a strict priority queue for video or voice traffic
