I've once more searched the idl reference and the devGuideWiki, but
cannot find anything on showing only the PDF options dialog (via Basic).
Anyone who knows more on this?

Indeed. I'm still few steps away from that stage. And looking at time
available only can make small progress, but definitely will go that

I only get used to all this when I started with Java and then C++: the
simplicity of OOo Basic hides the knowledge of what interfaces an object
