The plugin works fine for me as well. I'm runing slimserver 6.2.2 February 10 nightly release. The plugin doesn't really dim the display, it turns it completely off, and this behavior is not controlable by the user. However, it's pretty easy to modify the plugin. The dim setting is done in

Sounds like an excellent idea. I've wasted days and and days trying to get my squeeze box to communicate flawlessly. I'm not there yet. I found that anytime the signal strength drops below 60% or god fobid lower that you will hear drop outs and wose still the squeeze box will re-boot. I

I don't believe I'm running a firewall. Don't you _believe_ or don't you _know_? Windows XP SP2 by default turns on the firewall (though this does imho not block outgoing traffic). iTunes is running on the same machine as slimserver. iTunes works fine accessing the internet and radio, but

I also use a Dell Axim as a remote using the handheld skin, and it does work well. But it would be nice to use a different interface when you access it via another browser type. I don't know anything about this, but certainly commercial websites (stellar example is the BBC) exhibit different
