I bought a new router (Netgear DG834GT) and even though the wireless signal is slightly worse than my old one, the SB3 now works perfectly, even running WPA encryption. No idea why the old one stopped playing nicely with the SB3 but at least the problem is solved... Thanks Andrew -- Andrew B

I agree - I noticed that and it doesn't look as nice. I voted for it. I've also noticed that when you go right or left around in the menu that the "swipe" transitions have changed as well. It goes by very fast as it did earlier, but when you look at it, it seems "wrong" somehow at the moment.

Re the problem you mentioned in the enhancement request (playlists converted to linux names not working in Windows) a simple workaround is to save the linux version under a different name on the QNAP, or better yet, in a different folder. So you'll have a Win-compatible set of playlists and a linu

Yes, it works. If you have more than one player a menu item on the Controller appears, allowing you to choose the player you want to control. Another menu item will appear that allows you to synchronize the Receiver and Classic. As you can see you're not really getting your money's worth if you o

I'm running SC 7.1 and have a question regarding the way artist is displayed. For my local music library, it is set to ignore "The" in the artist when sorting and this works fine. However there doesn't seem to be any such setting for Rhapsody, so all of the artists starting with "The" are grouped

UPnP support could be a solution, and outsourcing the entire SC instance would be most desirable (with VPS prices these days, it's not too far over the horizon for DIY). I think the OP has a point. Cost of such an embedded-SC device could be contained if it was an 'NSLU2' (http://en.wikipedia.org
