Doesn't the removed albums and tracks appear again when you use Music
Folder browsing ?
I thought the SBS scanner rescanned automatically when browsing a
folder with the browse Music Folder mechanism.

I am trying to diagnose an issue that I am having.
Squeezebox duet will play for a few seconds then cut out, saying its
buffering. It will then say it times out and cannot connect to the
library any more.
The firewall is off on my computer. My computer is about 2 years old.

Thanks Nathan for your reply. But according to the website ODBC v5.1 is
required for ACC v2.0 and up. Since ACC 2.1 is running fine here I think
the ODBC driver v5.1 is installed correctly on my PC. There must be
something else wrong.

Version 3.x uses a different ODBC driver than version 2.x. Details on
the web site. I don't know whether this is the problem BUT if you
didn't install the newer ODBC driver, give that a try.

I have purchased a used V2 SqueezeBox with 130 firmware. It works great
