SB3 and receiver are
connected to the network just fine.
But something is preventing the controller and server from seeing the
receiver as the 2nd player.

I installed the updated software and now it will not see my networked
media server.
Clicking Browse for Music Folder does not display my network drives,
only directly connected drives.
Am I missing something?

It will not work with the mapped drive letter, but does appear to work
if you manually type in the network location as URL, as in:
\\mediaserver\mediashare\music\
and not:
H:\music\

Overall a good product, and seems to carry the same slim devices
quality as the pre-logitech SB, though i never had any of these slight
performance glitches with the SB product.

I'm using a pocketPC or a small tablet PC with MC12 client server, that
I can control and play *any* audio file that is in the MC12 library,
via my handheld device, to the stereo that the Squeezebox is
connected?

that software worry about
all the license, etc., restrictions, there is no loss in audio quality.
That software plays audio just the same as any other software player
with the added benefit of support for the changers and iTunes DRM.

Panther Studio's TitleTrack and Music!
All three of these software packages play protected iTunes files with
no problems whatsoever.
JRiver is the biggest of the three and also resembles iTunes quite a
bit in terms of the organization of GUI.
