those resistance measurements. Those resistances are for the board
alone after its assembly. When plugged into the RF board, the

With the voltage on D3 changing, but no change in VFO frequency it looked
like a bad D3 (1SV149). I installed a replacement and now the frequency
changes as it should. I used all the recommended static protection when I
originally installed it. I guess it was a bad one.

Has anyone come up with a permanent fix for the erratic output power problem?

I'm pretty sure AGC, NB and NR are the same on the main and the sub rx.
Double tapping A>B sets the filter settings (and freqs) the same. You
can change the sub rx filter by holding BSET and then changing the
filter, for example.
