unfortunantly I am not familiar with exchange, I created the idea and
explained how I wanted it to be created but from there it was iamthistha
that created it or put the touches on it. So We need someone who understands
the system or we'll simply have to recreate it

version info is missing. Im guessing that theres something wrong with

framework used to build Exchange.
Other sites built using Symfony are reporting the same issue.
