Using Exchange 5.5 with outlook 97. More of an outlook question here.
Some people create hyperlinks to documents on our file server and then send
the links out via email. Most users can click on this link and open the file
(the file can be excel, word, etc). However, there are a few users who

What about permissions to the share? Do these people have appropriate
rights to the file? (i.e. can they browse via windows explorer and open
the file ok?)

The MS Cert will work. I've found people that like to use an outside source
like Verisign because either they don't know how to setup a cert server,
they don't want to or they don't think it is as secure as going outside to
