Personally, if I was developing an open-source CMS, i'd definitely
pilot django-cms and see how it is after all it is functional, secure,
free(free beer) and opensource CMS based on Django - the opensource
web framework developed in Python.

point, Linux desktop editions (in general) means it'll
have more binaries available, more full-fledged packages and things
like that. On the other hand netbook editions have only essential
packages installed for web browsing, internet, email, word processing
etc.

re have lot of effort by translators and fine folks
at MPP in the past to do as much upstream (gnome, kde etc..) for the
actual software and no manual yet that I know of. Perhaps others can
shed more light on this.

Box2.2 does not emulate native CPU instruction sets (x86)
properly and my OpenBSD4.5 install caught it red handed because it was
segfaulting on simple programs (for e.g., X) due to the way VirtualBox
was emulating the CPU. Not very welcoming when you want to get things
done! :-(
