Hi,   I mentioned that I got the manual printing to work on Windows recently, I think it was yesterday. The problem is tools for compiling .tex files were not installed. I got them from http://www.miktex.org/download and clicked there on other downloads and got the 64bit net installer. You

I read the diff and I was actually thinking of only replacing the triple dot character with 3 normal dots so as to not disturb the translations (some wording may look wrong after deleting the dots). There is also the more=more... which contains the triple dot in de and fr, possibly some more I over
