I have the above printer connected via USB to my ibook - working well.
However, when I try to use image capture to scan an image, it does
not recognize that it has a scanner connected - has anyone
experienced something similar? Am I just out of luck?

whatsoever, someone who has worked on PC's and Power Macs probably can
do it on a modern iBook. I've heard that they are not as difficult as

turned off all sleep options but haven't used it enough yet to say if that

each end for example the wire would be red/blue/green on one end and green/
