Ant and Tomcat to be TLPs. This was once a new concept. Over time,
less and less remained under the umbrella.
Selecting individual podlings that seem best equipped to try out the

In this month's incubator report, I'm seeing an increase in podling
reports that contain steps needed for graduation. Awareness is a
great first step.

reports should be made available for review, possibly via a
URL, the meat of the report that the board should be reviewing is the
actions taken by the Incubator PMC to resolve any problems that are
identified by podlings.

to graduate (whether that votes passes or not doesn't matter, as long
as the right people are engaged) is in the good category.

We should be reporting to the board about OUR work, not the work of
the podlings. Podlings should only be brought in for a few specific
examplesto mention. That's the first thing to correct.
