We have been using VTAM/SWITCH from MacKinney Systems for over 20 years. We use the VM version that is no longer supported but it works so we're sticking with it. It runs in GCS. Users can access multiple sessions on VM or VSE. I believe if you used the VSE version that you could still access

I have used MULTITERM, VTAM-SWITCH, CA-VTERM and PVM, personally I like PVM the best. It is quite flexible and has a relatively small footprint. The only gotcha that comes to mind is that it can require a lot of custom scripts.. it all depends on how custom you want to make it. On Thu, Mar 11,

I'm still not sure. I was able shut my test system down, where the SFS server exists, re-ipl without RACF in the CP LOAD module. I could not do the same to the secondary node. This did not change anything. I am still only able to see files and directories which are granted access to public.

Bruce, I'm still not sure either. I did a test today, brought down the node where the SFS server resides, re-ipled with a CPLOAD which had no RACF in it. Brought up the sfs server and IPgate, attempted the same connection from the second system, still no luck. Only files and directories
