Hey Gang,
What are you using for scanning your computers
once you are given a windows error message. ie. program cant load
because of error XYZ. I have run chkdsk, but it seems Gateway has limit what
it can do on startup.

Sorry gang,
I saw the 10 X and was thinking mac. Check to see the given ip of
the workstation. If it wasn't able to obtain an network ip, it will
take 169. You might have manually give it an ip, then once on the
network change it over to DHCP.

Found-out that a Koppnix CD booted machine will allow you to read
NTFS files. Gratefully I haven't had to use this on a machine, but it
might be worth having one in the files for that special day.
