Did you try to open the message and then tab to the link and enter?
Does that work for you?

It is also interesting that my O E stopped receiving messages and have a
password issue at my computer at work after installing the JAWS update.

I used the automatic option.
I got a message on all of my computers that an update was available so I
clicked on the options I was interested in.

I was thinking back to when my work computer stopped accepting my password
and it occurred to me it was right after downloading the JAWS update there.
The virtual clip board sounds interesting but, why on 2 computers?
