You just need to make a copy of your .pst file. The trouble
is that I can't tell you exactly where it is. I always seem

When I flag an email message as follow up - no date , how can I read that
status with JAWS 10? JAWS reads status with no date,
and status when set as one week: I can't tell the difference when reading
through a long list of messages with different follow up
flag statuses.

account, can anyone help me out with some instructions? or a link to a web file

David, Outlook 2007 requires the Outlook Connector before you can use
hotmail with it. For some reason Outlook doesn't support Hotmail via
Pop/SMTP. Google for Outlook Connector. Hope this helps.

Press insert V and arrow down to flag status to make sure what information
you want to know is turned on.

I have message follow up flag turned on. Still JAWS does not read follow up
flag status.

JAWS 9 and 10 works. Only latest version of 11 does not read flag status.
Do you know how to get JAWS 11 to read flag status?
