I reccommend making a different source for each governmental unit. If ALL births are from the same state list, then yes, but if from other sources, keep separate. Example,  in my state each county creates its own  records, and sends them to a statewide indexm later. Yours may be all  in the same

The best way I have found is using the 'search' tab with the 'microscope' icon (use Detailed Search tab). Choose Individual; Notes, Burial; contains; the letter 'a' or 'e', with no ' '. This should find at least 99% of the examples. Then tag each, and once 'fixed' remove the tag. Rich in LA CA
