To make the pictures always available in the RTF you have to embed the pictures in your Word Processor rather than have them linked. In Microsoft Word, go to Edit > Links Highlight all the linked photos listed in the box and then click the Save picture in document. Note that this will greatly

I've been doing scads of Descendant books in RTF and I had checked the "embed photos in RTF reports" place in the options. When I checked each one right after the creation, everything was perfect. When I went back into the reports the next day. ALL of the photos have disappeared! There are just
