Not fun, but it's good that you got treatment before permanent damage set in.
Friend of mine who weighs as much as two of you had a heart attack and 3 stents
when he was in his mid 40s. Spent a couple days in the hospital, they wanted
$52k in 1998 dollars, or around $1000 an hour all told.
I didn't have a lot of choice, it hurt pretty bad.

Nearly everything in a house is not that voltage or frequency sensitive. For
that matter, even in commercial installations it’s not an issue. The only time
I ever came up against a problem with the quality of the generator output was
with some really sensitive Johnson Controls HVAC stuff,
I’m not going to fight this stuff, I’ll just keep it waxed as well as I can
and let it go until it gets to the point of making me crazy, at which time I’ll
pull the hardtop off and have it painted. At least I can do that and it’s not
the whole car….
