Greetings, are there any blackbox users in the house? I've been experimenting with
blackbox on my Mdk 9.0 a bit (0.62.1-3mdk), and I think it's pretty interesting. I
also have bbconfg-1.8-2mdk installed too.
I will have to do some reading up on bbconf to learn the in's and out's of it.
The "Quantum fireball" disk drives have a very high failure rate. At work we have
replaced every one of them.

Hi,
On one machine I still have mdk8.1 but MandrakeUpdate (or urpmi)
refuses to update...informing that I have the updated version!
Which is not true! In most of the cases I still hold old version but can't
update!
Any help?

Hmm. I've never had much use for Dell because of their Wintel mode of
business. I think I actually felt a tinge of respect for them today.

Hi There,
It is probably true that Dell sales people don't want to sell this, because it is mainly for businesses. Also they probably don't want to peeve Microsoft anymore than they already have.
Some more information.

I want to edit all file that match a grep. I figured out
how to get just the file names:
grep -l "Price" *
but how do I load all the matching files into, say emacs?

What I do know is that Acrobat 5.05 allows you to print to any size paper, and

I had to disable supermount (supermount -i disable) and now everything
it goes well.

samba-common

To share with Windows mahines you need samba-common and samba-server
To mount remote shares on Win machine you need samba-client as well.
