hi , still strugling on this problem,
i found ostrack, basic version is not so complicated as otrs, but there
are lots of addons

to have related functionality.
Or switch to a commercial product. If it is indeed that important.
Amazing though, if this is the most important criteria for the product.

I would like to make a template for fast replying on questions by mail
but in the bottom under the otrs agent name there needs to be a company
logo inserted when sending an answer.

found indeed the problem that rt is not really made for windows, so thats
unfortunally no option :(
I think it is a bit a shame that the html output mail is not included with
otrs, it would make it the ideal ticket system :(

copy the mysql otrs database to and insert the user in the config of mysql,
but this sounds logic...

the problem is that we are not a small company, i can request it on our it
services but then the problem is that they well need
cron job schedulers on Windows, I can
not make any suggestions as to what works or does not work. Is there
