Wow, that's a very big screen for a supposedly portable device :)
Perhaps it folds out.

Hi everybody,
It's about ScanJet 7400c; it just arrived in the office and it'll be
available to me for a while so I prepare a test run.
What's so special about it? Well, the 2400 *optical* resolution for
transparencies, the ability to scan films up to 5

You put any K or A series lens on the adapter and set the lens at infinity.
Put the adapter on your autofocus camera.
The adapter mechanically moves a small internal lens in/out to get focus.
It uses the autof

I'd love the FA* 300mm f/2.8 telephoto lens! BUT, I've got to be
somewhat realistic about my lens budget. Alright, my lens addiction!
So, does anyone out there own the FA* 300mm f/4.5 ED (IF) telephoto lens?
What are your thoughts on this lens? I'm not interested in test

Hi Frank,
The AF 1.7 TC provides AF by coupling its TC elements to a helicoid which
is driven by the AF shaft out of the camera body, ie the elements of the TC

Hi everyone,
My dad says he is looking at a Minolta X500 about 20
years old with Sigma 30-70. He didn't tell me how much
or anything more about the lens. I think he should buy
Pentax, but oh well. He is trying to find an LX for
me, and has already found me a Tamron P-KA adaptall

I see that the (F)A* 300 f2.5 works with both the L and S converters.
Is there any difference in performance?
I really would like the combi with the S converters because I could
use these on my other lenses aswell. However, I don't want to loose
performance on the 300.

Tomorrow I'll be doing some portraits (I hate doing portraits) so I'll take the
43mm along to ease the pain. I'd take the 6x7 as well if I didn't have to l
