Hi Dave, The readings match. The dome gives you an 18% reading. That is the advantage of the incident meter it measures the light not the reflectance of the subject. Or to put it another way the incident meter gives you a Zone V reading and you don't have to do anything to figure that out. Then

Dave, I have the same meter. First off, forget all about comparing readings with an in-camera meter since there is really no 1:1 corespondence between ambient measurements and in camera meters. I have the same meter and the way I use it is to use the lumisphere (dome) and take two readings.
