I've been testing some the regexp functions (two so far) of the mbstring
functions in 4.2.3 and they don't work.
I've submitted two bug reports but before continuing my testing of more
mbstring functions I wanted to ask ...
1- did any of the regexp (split, ereg_match ...) ever work in this

For all of those, who don't read the bug-list:
domxml had a pretty big memory leak in 4.2.0 and 4.2.1 if you use
append_child/add_child/append_sibling. If you create big XML-Documents
with those functions, you are really urged to try the new version from
CVS, which should fix the problem.

First of all I'd like to update the documentation to more recent versions of JDK;
furthermore I might even get the time to take a closer look at the sources.

Hi all,
It would be great if it was possible to have CONSTANTS
of types like as Arrays or Objects.
This way one could have a Config-Constant and you
wouldn't need to use $GLOBALS.

I get the same problem on Solaris 8. Code that worked fine in PHP 4.0.6
does not work

--with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql
I removed --with-mysql and after recompiling Apache worked fine.
The MySQL that I use is 3.23.47.
