Hi, I tried to run SMSQmulator on my 2Ghz, single CPU laptop, under M$Vista. It started up first time and has not crashed, great so far. But I find it VERY slow, much slower than a standard QL, even QPC1 on my i486/25Mhz laptop is faster. It's so slow you can see lines being drawn and paper

What the error really means is that the file QLAY (which he is tying to execute) is not in the current directory. Without knowing what the current directory is, how could anyone know if this is an real error or not. Maybe he's in /home/bob and needs to be in /home/bob/qlay? Maybe the case

I just downloaded QLAY and tried it on my Lubuntu 12.4 system. I'm getting the same odd error that the user reported. I made sure that the file was executable, so I did a 'chmod 777 QLAY'. When I did './QLAY', I got the same no sure file or directory. The command 'strace ./QLAY' did not

Hi, I followed your instructions and overclocked the device to 950 MHz (Turbo caused a black screen but did not seem to damage the file system). This changed the boot up time to 4.5 minutes from just over 6 minutes. Sadly it is still at 100 CPU all the time. If I run another graphical java app

Hi, This is correct. On all systems that I have rum SMSQmulator, it really sucks up the CPU time. There is an option to have it take up less CPU time when the cursor is blinking. Even when running 100% CPU, I've found the other applications are not greatly impacted and are fairly responsive.
