Hi Eric, There is no other dependency. Also shocking is yum install perl-XML-SAX doesn't create ParserDetails.ini file. But if manually install perl-XML-SAX it creates the file. Now I had created ParserDetails.ini file as mentioned by Anil Aliyan in previous mail and till now didn't get error.
