Traditionally the no show of queues is resolved by:
1. Logging off RT and back on
And/or
2. Making sure you have the proper rights to view the newly
created queues

Check the rights on the queue and make sure they can update tickets...we
had this happen to us.

I suffer from the exact same issue! Thankfully it only happens once
every few weeks/months, but it does happen just randomly out of the
blue. Oddly enough, like in your instance, it only happens when its not
being accessed (at night/weekends). I'm running Debian/Apache2/MySQL.
Side note:
David,
Like you, I researched and failed many times before I got it to work
properly (adding insult to injury RT was my introduction to *nix). What
errors are you experiencing?

Hi everyone,
What rights would I need to give someone to allow them to transfer
from one queue to another? Specifically:
They belong to Queue A, they receive the ticket in their queue, after
troubleshooting they realize the issue needs to go to Queue B, what
rights do the Queue A members need
Looks like that did it.
Thanks Kenn!!

Hi Kenh,
The questions you have brought up have been discussed previously, you
may want to check the list archives and the wiki. You can find A LOT of
answers below, these are my first lines of attack when I encounter a
problem/question. These are going to be two very useful links for you
I hate to beat a dead horse but...couldn't you just set up a simple mail server
(sendmail, postfix) just for your RT use, which would not touch the outside
world? Then you can do the command by mail things which have been previously
mentioned.

You could always just 'comment' a response to the 'boss', when they reply, it
will be put as a comment andwont go to the requestor, just you.
