Thanks for the replies. I did not use fips as I should have. I read up on
installing Linux, and I had absolutely no idea that I had to use fips... As
a result, Windows was, well, basically gone. I'll make another, hopefully
more successful, attempt at installing Linux during the winter bre

even I can make some nice looking web graphics starting with the script-fu
extensions in the gimp. Look under the Xtns menu on the tool window. Note
you may have to install a couple of font sets to get things working
properly.
The best way to learn gimp, really is to read the manuals, and any other
documentation pertaining to gimp. When is the next meeting anyway? I'll be
up in Austin for summer orientation july 6 through the 9 i believe. I'll

there any drivers for this? With Redhat 5.2 I had no
problem setting up my dial-up or modem. Just told it what com port it was on then it
worked. Not this time.
