All these help - ideas BIOTIN - a cheap B vitamin ($6-8. a bottle 5-1000 mcg. turns candida to jelly,) Paul D'Arco Tea, Col slaw (shredded cabbage; don;t forget onion and parsley), garlc, acidophilus and dosing CS will all help. Sugar and many starches should be restricted. That's all I know.
